It also organises smaller masterclasses and offers professional development at a local level. Through Tapestry the Harvard 'Teaching for Understanding' modules are available to Scottish teachers. Working alongside local authorities, it has set up practical projects in schools based on the thinking of figures such as Feuerstein and Vygotsky.
